We have been in business for so many years and really started to give women tops to replace the dry clean only poly-silk blouses in their closet. An alternative that was just as feminine and tailored but machine washable and could truly be worn day to evening and workday to weekend. A t-shirt that is more than just a t-shirt, it’s better than the blouse.
We started with six styles in just black and white and grew our business and customer base by adding more colours. Fast forward we now offer 19 styles in over a dozen colour ways including our Breton stripe. Basic t-shirts were not the first styles we developed but over time we created a selection of great basics.
Many brands launch with a gimmick and novelty because let’s be honest, it’s a great way to hook a customer to purchase. But novelty never really resonated with us, it was not a part of our brand ethos. However, we recently wanted to find a way to add something fun to our collection with a message that was on brand and resonated with us. We truly believe it’s cool to be kind and we wanted to spread this message to our community and beyond. This Spring we launched three of our favourite white t-shirts with a “Be Cool Be Kind!” embroidered detail along the neckline. It’s fun and perfect for the Spring season and aligns with us as female founders, mothers and friends.
